[Regarding reservation cancellations]

[Group course reservations]

For reservations of 20 or more people, a cancellation fee will be charged starting 7 days prior to the reservation date.

・7 to 3 days before the reservation date: 10% of the course reservation fee

- The day before the reservation: 20% of the course reservation fee

- On the day of the reservation: 50% of the course reservation fee

*There is no cancellation fee for changes in the number of people until the day before.

[Private party reservation]

For reservations of 40 people or more, we can accommodate you by reserving the entire floor.

Regarding cancellations of floor rental reservations, in addition to the course reservation cancellation fee, a private rental cancellation fee will be charged starting 14 days prior to the reservation date.

- Cancellation fee for private bookings: 30,000 yen (14 days prior to the booking date to the day of the booking)

*For December, a cancellation fee will be charged starting 30 days prior to the booking date.
